• Design, develop, test, and maintain C# and ASP.NET applications.
• Review and understand detailed business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Participate in providing necessary research for business cases and cost justifications when necessary.
• Being a technical subject matter expert for one or more systems or sub-systems.
• Take a lead role in developing detailed project estimates and work plans along with technical specifications.
• Accurately document and design code for existing and new applications.
• Lead the design and code reviews. Diagnose, track and repair system defects.
• Provide production user support for system issues.
• Research, test, and apply new technologies in order to improve systems and processes.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance own job skills, knowledge, and professional growth

You’ll be onboarded into the tech team and embedded in a collaborative culture. You’ll have regular syncs with teammates via Slack and Google Meet, and ongoing 1-on-1s to ensure you’re thriving in your role and growing professionally.

• Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI and Generative AI solutions using AWS services such as Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Comprehend, and Lex. Strong understanding of LLM integration, prompt engineering, fine-tuning foundation models, and building scalable inference pipelines.
• Familiarity with AWS IAM, API Gateway, Lambda, and related services for secure and efficient model orchestration in production environments is a plus.
• A strong background in the following languages - C#, SQL, WCF, and XML for building Middleware Applications.
• Experience using TDD for Software Testing.
• A strong working knowledge of messaging frameworks, software design patterns, and databases
• A desire to learn, and a passion for technology and emergent trends
• You have a leadership mentality and the willingness to train others
• The ability to build elegant, flexible, and configurable solutions to meet business needs
• 1 to 2 years of working on the AWS Platform, working with technologies like Kinesis, Lambda. SQS, S3, etc.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive leadership mindset.
• Advanced English level

• Background in building secure, interoperable, and cloud-native systems.
