You’ll be working for an industry leader in first-and-last mile delivery services with over 4.5 million customers! Due to the growth of our partner’s delivery services their tech team and systems have continued to expand and need to scale. 

What tasks will you need to complete to be successful?

• Monitoring delivery routes in real time to ensure on-time performance and proactively identifying issues
• Verifying Proof of Delivery (POD), including photos and geolocation accuracy
• Providing coaching and support to drivers to improve performance and compliance
• Managing inbound calls and messages from drivers, responding promptly to their needs
• Reviewing and approving geo-fence requests as they arise during live operations
• Assigning driver shifts or creating new ones based on daily delivery volume and operational demand

You'll be onboarded to the tech team organization. You will be part of a team and will communicate with them via Slack and Google Meet. Periodic 1-on-1 meetings will be held to ensure you are successful and are having a productive and enjoyable experience.

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with GPS-based apps and tools that use camera capture features.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets, and messaging/mass-texting platforms.
• Proactive, self-starter with a high level of initiative.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times.
• Strong memorization skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable adapting to change in a rapidly growing company.
• Accountable, empathetic, and respectful in all interactions.
• Collaborative team player with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Advanced English Level.
• Availability to work on afternoon shift: Tuesday to Saturday | 1.30-10.30pm CT‍

• Experience in logistics, delivery, or supply chain is a big plus.
• Experience in Customer Service is highly valuable as well.
