Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist | Part-Time
Jetpacks! is looking for a Part-Time Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our LatAm team and support a fast-growing, tech-powered sports league expanding into 10 new markets next year. This role will lead lifecycle communications inside Klaviyo, ensuring clean data systems, strong email performance, and automated journeys that guide players through onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation. You’ll own both the strategy and execution across lifecycle content, automation, deliverability, analytics, and reporting.

This role will lead lifecycle communications inside Klaviyo, ensuring clean data systems, strong email performance, and automated journeys that guide players through onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation. You’ll own both the strategy and execution across lifecycle content, automation, deliverability, analytics, and reporting.

Role Responsibilities

Klaviyo Setup, Lifecycle Content & Deliverability

  • Build, optimize, and maintain automated email/SMS journeys (onboarding, waitlists, referrals, re-engagement, win-back, seasonal campaigns).
  • Write clear, on-brand email copy across all stages of the player lifecycle.
  • Configure and manage Klaviyo sending infrastructure to protect deliverability and sender reputation.
  • Implement list hygiene practices (sunset logic, suppressed segments, cleaning rules).
  • Set up A/B tests for subject lines, content variations, CTAs, and send-time optimization.

Data, Dashboarding & Performance Insights

  • Build dashboards using Looker Studio, GA4, PostHog, or similar tools to track funnel performance, retention, and campaign impact.
  • Provide recurring reporting with insights and recommendations for leadership.
  • Analyze lifecycle funnel gaps to reduce churn and improve conversion.
  • Maintain consistent tagging, segmentation, and UTM conventions across markets.

New Market Launch Support

  • Create market-specific lifecycle segments and email tracks for each new city.
  • Adapt lifecycle messaging for regional differences while keeping the brand voice consistent.
  • Provide launch performance analysis and recommendations to support city growth targets.

Ongoing Maintenance & Workflow Documentation

  • Perform weekly checks on data integrity, segmentation logic, and automation performance.
  • Monitor integrations between Klaviyo, Shopify, site events, and internal systems.
  • Ensure compliance with email/SMS regulations (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR-lite).
  • Document naming conventions, workflows, segments, and logic to ensure repeatability as the team scales.
  • Refresh and optimize automated journeys seasonally or during key launches (league seasons, new product campaigns, referral updates).
How will you be supported

You'll be onboarded to the tech team organization. You will be part of a team and will communicate with them via Slack and Google Meet. Periodic 1-on-1 meetings will be held to ensure you are successful and have a productive and enjoyable experience.

Role Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar lifecycle platforms (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Iterable, SFMC).
  • Strong email copywriting skills with the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Experience building and optimizing lifecycle flows.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodology and iteration cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to build dashboards and reports (GA4, Looker Studio, PostHog, Tableau, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of email deliverability (domain health, sender reputation, spam filters, inbox placement).
  • Excellent attention to detail, data hygiene, and QA habits.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Part-time: 10–15 hrs/week, increasing to 20–25 hrs/week during new market launches or setup phases.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Shopify, UTM strategy, funnel analysis, or basic SQL.
  • Experience scaling lifecycle programs across multiple regions or markets.
  • Understanding of attribution, cohort analysis, or retention modeling.
