• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services using C# and ASP.NET.
• Contribute to frontend development, implementing user-facing features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MVC-based frameworks.
• Review and understand business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Implement TDD practices to ensure high-quality, reliable code.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues across the stack.
• Document technical designs, data flows, system interactions, and UI-related changes when applicable.
• Support production environments by identifying and addressing issues.
• Research, test, and implement new technologies to enhance system performance, usability, and reliability.
• Work within agile/scrum teams contributing to iterative feature delivery.

AI is part of the core workflow, every day, for real work. This is not a traditional full-stack role where AI is a nice-to-have.

• Are comfortable letting AI write the first version of most things.

You'll be onboarded to the tech team organization. You will be part of a team and will communicate with them via Slack and Google Meet. Periodic 1-on-1 meetings will be held to ensure you are successful and have a productive and enjoyable experience.

• 4+ years of experience as a Software Developer/Engineer.
• Strong experience with C#, SQL, WCF, XML, and backend/middleware applications.
• Experience working with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MVC-based architectures.
• Solid understanding of software design patterns and scalable architecture.
• Experience implementing TDD and writing automated tests.
• Experience working with AWS (Kinesis, Lambda, SQS, S3, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of databases, messaging frameworks, and distributed systems.
• Ability to build flexible and maintainable solutions aligned with business needs, both backend and frontend.
• Passion for technology, continuous learning, and staying up to date with emerging trends.
• Advanced English level.

• Experience with cloud-based services, interoperability, and open standards.
• Familiarity with multi-system integrations and enterprise-grade architectures.
• Experience with frontend frameworks (MVC-based or similar) is a plus.
• BizTalk experience is a plus.
