You’ll be working for an industry leader in first-and-last mile delivery services with over 4.5 million customers! Due to the growth of our partner’s delivery services their tech team and systems have continued to expand and need to scale. 

What tasks will you need to complete to be successful?

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure using GCP or other major cloud providers (AWS, Azure).
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to support agile, automated deployments.
• Provision and manage resources using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
• Monitor, log, and troubleshoot infrastructure and application performance issues.
• Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to optimize deployment workflows.
• Ensure systems are compliant, secure, and auditable.
• Write scripts to automate recurring tasks and improve developer experience.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response efforts as needed.

You'll be onboarded to the tech team organization. You will be part of a team and will communicate with them via Slack and Google Meet. Periodic 1-on-1 meetings will be held to ensure you are successful and are having a productive and enjoyable experience.

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or SRE role.
• GCP Professional DevOps Engineer certification or equivalent cloud certification (e.g., AWS DevOps Engineer – Professional, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) — required.
• Demonstrated experience managing infrastructure on GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar).
• Strong scripting skills.
• Familiar with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Solid grasp of security, networking, and monitoring best practices.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Excellent communication skills and English fluency.

• Experience deploying and supporting microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with modern observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for automation.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the DevOps landscape.
