CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist

Jetpacks! is looking for someone to join our LatAm team as a Part-Time CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist. In this role, you will lead the setup of CRM and automation foundations for one of our partners, a fast-growing, tech-powered sport league. You’ll focus on building flows, integrations, and reporting to support player communications and future market launches, ensuring clean data and scalable systems.

Role Responsibilities

System setup & expansion

  • Build and optimize automated email/SMS journeys for onboarding, waitlists, referrals, re-engagement, and win-back campaigns.
  • Configure and test integrations between Zoho, Shopify, website forms, and ad platforms.
  • Create dashboards and recurring reports on funnel health, campaign performance, and market growth.
  • Establish conventions for tagging, segmentation, and data hygiene that scale with new markets.
  • Document workflows so processes are repeatable and transferable.

Market launches

  • Build CRM segments, flows, and reports for new city launches.
  • Develop automated communication sequences tailored to regional messaging and Founding campaigns.
  • Provide leadership with reporting and insights on launch performance.

Ongoing maintenance

  • Conduct weekly checks for data accuracy, list hygiene, and automation performance.
  • Monitor syncs between systems and troubleshoot issues.
  • Update and refresh automated communications as needed (e.g., seasonal launches, referral updates).

Ensure compliance with email/SMS regulations (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR-lite).

How will you be supported

You'll be onboarded to the tech team organization. You will be part of a team and will communicate with them via Slack and Google Meet. Periodic 1-on-1 meetings will be held to ensure you are successful and have a productive and enjoyable experience.

Role Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM/Marketing Automation or similar platforms (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce).
  • Proven track record building and managing marketing automations (email/SMS).
  • Strong attention to detail with data hygiene, reporting, and QA skills.
  • Experience managing integrations between CRM, e-commerce, and ad platforms.
  • Strong written communication skills for flow communications in brand voice.
  • Advanced English level.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Shopify, GA4, and dashboard tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.).
