• Build AI-enabled applications leveraging LangChain, LLMs, LangGraph, and LangSmith.
• Lead teams through end-to-end delivery across backend services and modern web UIs.
• Pair program daily with teammates and client engineers to share knowledge and strengthen code quality.
• Apply TDD and continuous refactoring to ensure high reliability and maintainability.
• Guide architecture decisions that support scalability, observability, and performance.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver meaningful software.
• Mentor and coach developers through pairing and modeling healthy engineering culture.
• Influence technical direction across teams, sharing lessons and elevating engineering standards.
• Experiment with emerging patterns in GenAI, evaluate what works, and evolve best practices for building AI-powered software.

You'll be onboarded to the tech team organization. You will be part of a team and will communicate with them via Slack and Google Meet. Periodic 1-on-1 meetings will be held to ensure you are successful and have a productive and enjoyable experience.

• Hands-on full-stack engineer with experience delivering software in collaborative, agile environments.
• Experience working with LangChain or similar agentic frameworks, with the ability to architect AI-native systems responsibly.
• Strong belief in code quality, TDD, and pairing as drivers of better systems and team alignment.
• Experience working across multiple languages/frameworks (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java, React, Next.js).
• Ability to navigate complex organizations and collaborate across functions.
• Strong communication skills ,able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 
• Passion for knowledge sharing and helping teams grow. Advanced English level.

• Experience designing architectures that integrate LLM agents into existing enterprise systems. 
• Exposure to automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and refactoring legacy systems.
• Experience building or contributing to internal engineering playbooks or best practice guides.
• Familiarity with vector databases, semantic search, or document Q&A systems.
